Wendy Taddeucci is a Life Coach, co-host of the Smiling Souls Podcast, and creator of The Self-Care Sanctuary Journal: 30 Days of Journaling Prompts for Peace of Mind.
With 13 years of experience caring for her 88-year-old mother, Wendy empowers women to recognize their worth and understand that they deserve to take care of themselves. Through her coaching, she helps women transform chaos and anxiety into peace, ease, and confidence.

Outside of her passion for coaching, Wendy loves traveling with her husband, Steve, with whom she has been married for over 30 years. She enjoys studying the spiritual, reading good biographies, and is an avid Gilmore Girls fan.
